I began researching golf simulators in earnest in early 2019. In January of 2020 (just a bit before the quarantine and subsequent launch monitor shortage) my golf simulator was born.
My friends and I gave the metal out-building where the simulator is located the name of “On The Green”. It’s also what we shouted after having a few too many and playing our style of sim golf, where we just try to get it on the green and let the game auto-putt.
Since this video I’ve had the flooring completely re-done in the Nylon 36 turf with padding from Turf Factory Direct.
I tried to buy the domain name, ‘onthegreen.com’ but the domain squatter wanted like $11,000 for it. So, welcome to onthegreen.golf.
I’ve just started a youtube channel on my ‘Indoor Golfers‘ channel and I plan to upload some video reviews and opinion about the products we are using here at OTG and at large on the world of simulator golf.
